Hi! I have 23 years of experience in the fitness industry. My lifelong passion is helping people reach their fitness goals. I work with clients at every stage of life and fitness level. I help clients increase their strength, agility, flexibility and also assist with pain relief.

My goal is to meet you where you are, and solve your individual needs. For many of my clients this means rehabbing from an injury, preventing injury or managing pain. In addition to personal training, I incorporate the following services into a custom plan to improve your quality of life to the fullest.

Dynamic & PNF Stretching

Stretching is critical to preventing injury and obtaining the most out of your pre and post workout. Stretching sessions are good for everyone, but especially those with injuries or looking for sports performance. I also offer Kinesio Tapping and cupping services.

Functional Training

Functional training allows you to better perform the functions of your current, every day life, including your other workouts. Depending on your needs I’ll incorporate functional training with other workouts like metabolic and strength, or we’ll target a specific goal your trying to achieve, like better mobility or fall prevention.

SPorts Performance

I have worked with athletes for over two decades to increase overall performance. My clients include professional football and baseball players, olympic track runners, and youth through high school coaching.
